COVID certificates

The official Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) COVID certificate is proof that you have had a negative test result, that you have been vaccinated against COVID-19 or that you have had the disease. The FOPH COVID certificate will be issued to you on request as either a paper document or a PDF document with a QR code.
